Communication is key to a successful partnership. Once the contract is signed, we create a shared Slack channel where you will find a pre-built onboarding message. In it, we ask about your individual goals, wishes, and expectations — and provide a to-do list of what we need from you (Amazon access, etc.).

Kick-Off with the PCO Founders
Once you have completed our onboarding, we schedule a kick-off call where you not only meet all 3 PCO founders as your dedicated contacts, but can also already clarify initial strategic topics and questions.

Operational Setup
Once we know exactly what your goals are, we begin the setup work:
Analysis of your market, competitors, and performance

In addition to 24/7 Slack support, we are available for 1-on-1 calls on all Amazon topics.
