Overview

Wehle Sports is one of the leading supplement providers in the German market. Yet despite high product quality, the brand was visually positioned rather plainly and was often perceived by buyers as just a budget option.

Our goal at PCOStudio, a specialized Amazon agency, was to take Wehle Sports to the next level through strategic rebranding — with a new visual identity that significantly elevates perceived value and establishes Wehle Sports in the premium segment of the supplement market.

New Branding & Design Guidelines

To elevate the brand to premium level, we redesigned the entire design strategy from the ground up.

Using premium-crafted stock imagery and AI-generated visuals, we created a modern, fresh, and contemporary visual language. Dynamic imagery, clean typography, and minimalist 3D renderings set new standards in visual communication and ensure a cohesive brand image.

Targeted Audience Engagement Through Visual Storytelling

Every listing is tailored to its specific target audience. For their archery demographic, images feature active individuals symbolizing health and mobility.

Fitness products speak directly to the athletic community through dynamic, athletic imagery that creates emotional resonance.

Trust Triggers and Social Proof

Using the PCOStudio design language and structure, we deliberately positioned the brand as a premium seller. Across all listings, product benefits were consolidated as trust-building elements. Through a clear focus on quality and clarity, customers feel valued and confident in their purchase.

1. Significant Uplift Across the Entire Amazon Account

Since the introduction of our new designs and listings, Wehle Sports has seen a substantial increase in conversion rate across the entire Amazon account.

In a year-over-year comparison between May and October, we recorded an 11% increase in conversion rate, clearly demonstrating the success of our comprehensive visual repositioning.

2. Vitamin D3 Year-Over-Year Comparison

An outstanding example of our work's success is the Vitamin D3 product.

Here we were able to conduct a detailed conversion rate analysis: Period A (May to November 2023) had an average conversion rate of 26.76%. In comparison, Period B (May to November 2022) showed a significant increase to 32.76%.

3. Vitamin C Before-and-After Analysis

For the Vitamin C product, we compared the conversion rate directly before and after uploading the new images (30-day conversion rate average).

In Period A, before the listing overhaul, the conversion rate averaged 25.28%. After uploading the new images, it jumped to 45.65%. This dramatic increase demonstrates how targeted optimization with the right elements not only strengthens the premium character but also sustainably improves the product's sales probability.
